Description

Arwen, Mortal Queen (LTR-193) is a legendary Elf Noble creature from The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth. She enters with an indestructible counter and can pay {1} and remove that counter to give another creature indestructible until end of turn while putting +1/+1 counters and lifelink on both that creature and herself. The ability uses the counter as an activation cost and can fail to benefit if the target is illegal or Arwen would be destroyed before the counter is placed.
