As an additional cost to cast it you sacrifice an artifact and create two tapped Powerstone artifact tokens, and if the sacrificed artifact was legendary you draw a card. The tokens each produce colorless mana that cannot be spent to cast nonartifact spells, so the card supports artifact synergies and mana ramp for artifact-focused decks.
