Mishra's Command (BRO 339, foil) is a red sorcery from The Brothers' War that lets you pay X and choose two modes. One mode lets a player discard up to X then draw that many cards, another deals X to a creature, another deals X to a planeswalker, and the final mode gives target creature +X/+0 and haste until end of turn. The modal, X-based design makes it flexible for damage, pump, or card-manipulation roles depending on how much mana you invest.
