Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor (BRO-326 foil) is a legendary Phyrexian Praetor creature from The Brothers' War expansion. It grants a card-draw trigger when creatures deal combat damage to opponents if their controller pays 1 life, and it has a paid activated ability that lets you discard X to exile the top X cards of an opponent's library and cast or play those cards without paying their mana costs. Its exile-and-play ability can be used to bypass opponents' resources and potentially generate card advantage or cheat big spells into play during the resolution of the ability.
