Goblin Charbelcher is a rare artifact card. By paying three and tapping it you reveal cards from the top of your library until you find a land, dealing damage equal to the number of nonland cards revealed and doubling that damage if the revealed land is a Mountain. It often functions as a finisher in decks that build their libraries to maximize nonland reveals or to increase the chance of hitting a Mountain for huge damage.
