Saheeli, Filigree Master (PBRO-219p foil) is a legendary planeswalker in the The Brothers' War Promos set. Her +1 lets you scry and optionally tap an untapped artifact you control to draw a card, her −2 makes two 1/1 flying Thopter tokens that can gain haste, and her −4 grants an emblem that buffs artifact creatures and reduces the generic cost of artifact spells. The emblem’s cost reduction never reduces colored mana requirements and multiple emblems stack independently.
