Over the Top (collector number 146, prerelease-stamp variant) is a red sorcery from The Brothers' War Promos. Each player reveals cards from the top of their library equal to the number of nonland permanents they control, putting any permanent cards revealed onto the battlefield and the rest into their graveyard. The spell can dramatically accelerate board presence for players with many permanents and can mill cards for players with fewer permanents, making it a swingy mass-revelation effect.
