Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter (PBRO-237) is a legendary artifact creature Thopter from The Brothers' War Promos. It grants Flash and Flying and also lets you cast colorless and artifact spells as though they had flash. Its third ability puts a +1/+1 counter on it whenever you cast a spell and the mana spent to cast that spell is greater than its power, enabling growth through larger-cost spells.
