It has flash and flying, grants you the ability to cast colorless and artifact spells as though they had flash, and grows via +1/+1 counters whenever you cast spells that cost more mana than its current power. As a legend with those support effects, it slots into artifact- and creature-focused strategies as both a tempo play and a way to enable surprise interaction with normally slow artifact spells.
