Arcane Proxy (PBRO-75p) is an artifact creature Wizard from The Brothers' War Promos with Prototype. When it enters the battlefield after being cast, it can exile an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard with mana value less than or equal to its power and create a copy you may cast without paying its mana cost. Its Prototype ability lets you cast it for an alternate smaller mana cost with different power and toughness, enabling different thresholds for the exile-and-copy effect.
