Urza's Blueprints (minigame) // Urza's Blueprints (cont'd) (MBRO-T2--normal) is a two-sided minigame insert from The Brothers' War Minigames that supplies setup and play rules rather than functioning as a standard Magic card. Players draw and discard from a shared deck built from opened boosters to collect cards and assemble three locations—Mine, Power Plant, and Tower—with the first player to construct all three winning the game. Foil cards act as wildcards and can count as any color, mana value, or card type when meeting a location's requirements.
