It has flash and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that creates tapped Powerstone tokens based on nonland cards put into a chosen player’s graveyard from the battlefield this turn. Those Powerstone tokens tap for colorless mana that cannot be used to cast nonartifact spells, enabling artifact-focused or mana-sink strategies.
