Description

Urza's Ruinous Blast is a legendary sorcery from The Brothers' War Commander set that requires you to control a legendary creature or planeswalker to cast. When cast, it exiles all nonland permanents that aren't legendary, clearing the board of most nonlegendary threats. Its legendary supertype imposes only the casting restriction and does not add other rules interactions.
