Preordain (BRC-92) is a one-mana blue sorcery from The Brothers' War Commander set that lets you scry 2 then draw a card. The spell grants card selection by letting you look at the top two cards and put any number on the bottom and the rest back in any order before drawing. It functions as a cheap cantrip useful for smoothing draws and enabling combo or tempo plays in blue decks.
