Disciple of Caelus Nin (BRC-41 foil) is a rare white Creature — Human Wizard from The Brothers' War Commander set. When it enters, starting with its controller, each player may choose up to five permanents they control and all other permanents (except the Disciple) phase out; additionally, permanents cannot phase in while it remains on the battlefield. Its role is to lock the board by removing many permanents from play and preventing phased-in returns, creating a window for board control or a tempo advantage.
