Disciple of Caelus Nin (BRC-21) is a white Creature — Human Wizard from The Brothers' War Commander. When it enters the battlefield, starting with its controller, each player picks up to five permanents they control and all other permanents they control phase out; additionally, permanents cannot phase in while Disciple of Caelus Nin is on the battlefield. Its effect can protect selected permanents and also locks out phasing strategies while it remains in play, creating a tempo and board-stabilizing role.
