When it enters, starting with its controller, each player chooses up to five permanents they control and all other permanents phase out; additionally, while it is on the battlefield, permanents can’t phase in. The card’s effect interacts strongly with phasing rules and can lock other phased-out permanents in place until Disciple of Caelus Nin leaves the battlefield.
