Memory Vessel (BIG-43 foil) is an artifact from The Big Score expansion. Its tap-and-exile activated ability causes each player to exile the top seven cards of their library and lets players play only those exiled cards until your next turn while preventing playing cards from hand; the activation can be used only as a sorcery. The card can enable unusual plays and resource access for a turn, including playing lands or casting spells from exile under normal timing and cost rules.
