Memory Vessel (BIG-43) is a Mythic Artifact from The Big Score expansion. Its activated ability exiles the artifact to cause each player to exile the top seven cards of their library and restricts play to only those exiled cards until your next turn while preventing plays from hand. Oracle rulings clarify that players must pay all costs and follow normal timing when playing those exiled cards, and that lands can only be played on the owner's main phase.
