Memory Vessel (BIG-13) is a Mythic Artifact from The Big Score expansion. You can tap and exile it to have each player exile the top seven cards of their library, after which only those exiled cards may be played until your next turn while players cannot play cards from their hands. The effect lets players play lands and spells from exile under normal timing and costs, creating unusual tempo and resource interactions.
