Each player shuffles all permanents they own into their library, then reveals that many cards from the top of their library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.

Warp World (10E-248) is a rare red sorcery from Tenth Edition that massively reshuffles each player's permanents into their libraries and replaces them by revealing that many cards. As it resolves, players put all revealed artifacts, creatures, and lands onto the battlefield simultaneously, then all enchantments, with any other revealed cards going to the bottom of their libraries. The effect can dramatically alter board states and generates significant randomness and potential for large swings in multiplayer and Commander games.
