Upwelling (10E 306) is a green enchantment from Tenth Edition. While it’s on the battlefield, players don’t lose unspent mana as steps and phases end, allowing mana to be retained across phases. This effect can enable extended plays and unusual timing by preserving mana between actions until the enchantment leaves play.
