Time Stop (10E-117) is a rare blue instant card. Its resolution ends the turn by exiling all spells and abilities, removing attacking and blocking creatures from combat, and moving the game to the cleanup step. Because it exiles the stack rather than countering spells, it can nullify effects that can’t be countered and is used as a timing tool to deny opponent plays or buy extra turns.
