Telling Time (10E 114, foil) is a blue instant from Tenth Edition that lets you arrange three cards from the top of your library. When cast, you look at the top three cards, put one into your hand, one back on top of your library, and one on the bottom, enabling card selection and filtering. The effect is useful for smoothing draws, setting up future turns, or digging for answers in blue control or tempo decks.
