This land enters tapped. {T}: Add {B}. {1}{B}: This land becomes a 1/1 black Skeleton creature with "{B}: Regenerate this creature" until end of turn. It's still a land. (If it regenerates, the next time it would be destroyed this turn, instead tap it, remove it from combat, and heal all damage on it.)

Spawning Pool (10E #358) is an uncommon land from Tenth Edition that enters the battlefield tapped. It can tap for {B} or pay {1}{B} to become a 1/1 black Skeleton creature with "{B}: Regenerate this creature" until end of turn while remaining a land. The card provides both mana fixing and a temporary creature option that can be used for chump blocking, attacks, or regeneration effects.
