Scalpelexis (10E-105, Rare) is a blue Creature — Beast from Tenth Edition with flying and a 1/5 stat line printed in a foil variant. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top four cards of their library and you repeat the process if two or more of those exiled cards share a name. Its repeat-trigger exile effect can create long chains against decks with many duplicates, making it a potential mill/disruption threat in decks that can reliably connect in combat.
