Rule of Law (10E 37, Foil) is a white enchantment from Tenth Edition that limits players to casting one spell each turn. Its continuous effect prevents any player from casting a second spell that turn, including if a spell was cast earlier in the same turn before the enchantment entered. This card functions as a lockdown and tempo tool, slowing combo decks and slowing opponents' ability to chain spells.
