For {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} it exiles a target permanent, and if it would go to the graveyard it is revealed and shuffled into its owner's library instead. Its combination of a repeatable, hard removal effect and self-shuffling replacement makes it a control or toolbox finisher in decks that can supply all five colors.
