Guerrilla Tactics (10E 211) is a red instant from Tenth Edition that normally costs one red and one generic mana. It deals 2 damage to any target as its main effect and also has a triggered ability that, if an opponent's spell or ability causes you to discard it, makes it deal 4 damage to any target. The discard-trigger functions only when the discard is caused by an effect (not as a cost) and can trigger on optional discards forced by an opponent.
