Whim of Volrath (TMP 102) is a rare blue instant from the Tempest set. It lets you replace one color word or basic land type with another on a target permanent until end of turn and has Buyback {2} so you can return it to your hand as it resolves. The effect can change text in both the type line and rules text but only affects printed text or text set when a token was created, and it cannot change card names or effects already applying to the permanent.
