Thalakos Lowlands (TMP-328) is an uncommon Land from the Tempest set. It taps for colorless or can tap for white or blue but doesn't untap during your next untap step when used for colored mana. This provides flexible mana fixing at the cost of tempo, making it useful in multicolored decks that can tolerate skipping an untap.
