Oracle en-Vec (TMP-31) is a white Creature — Human Wizard from the Tempest expansion. It taps to force a target opponent to designate which of their creatures must attack on their next turn and prevents all others from attacking, with any chosen creature that doesn’t attack being destroyed at that turn’s end. This effect can be used defensively to manipulate opponent combat steps and potentially remove blockers or attackers.
