Lobotomy (TMP-267) is a sorcery from the Tempest expansion. It lets you reveal a player’s hand, choose a nonbasic card from it, then search that player’s hand, graveyard, and library and exile all cards with that name before they shuffle. The effect permanently removes all copies of the chosen nonbasic card from the chosen player’s accessible zones, providing a targeted graveyard-and-library hate tool.
