Echo Chamber (TMP-282) is a Rare artifact from the Tempest set. For {4} and tapping, it forces an opponent to choose a creature they control and creates a token copy of that creature with haste that is exiled at the next end step. The token entering can trigger enters-the-battlefield abilities, and the haste only lasts until end of turn.
