Starke of Rath (TPR-162) is a legendary Human Rogue creature card from Tempest Remastered. It has a tap ability that destroys a target artifact or creature and transfers control of Starke to that permanent’s controller. This effect creates a unique tradeoff where you can remove threats at the cost of losing control of the creature that performed the removal.
