Shackles (TPR-26) is a white Enchantment — Aura from the Tempest Remastered set. It attaches to a creature and prevents that creature from untapping during its controller’s untap step while its controller can pay W to return the Aura to their hand. It is commonly used as a low-cost tempo or control piece to neutralize an opposing creature without needing to tap it.
