At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses target player who controls more creatures than they do and is their opponent. The first player may reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. If the first player does, that player puts that card onto the battlefield and all other cards revealed this way into their graveyard.

Oath of Druids (TPR-184) is a green enchantment reprinted in Tempest Remastered. At the beginning of each player’s upkeep it can reveal cards from the top of that player’s library until a creature is revealed, putting that creature onto the battlefield and the rest into the graveyard. The trigger targets an opponent who controls more creatures than the current player and only resolves if that condition is met.
