Forbid (TPR-50) is a blue Instant from the Tempest Remastered set and is a reprint of the classic buyback counterspell. It can counter any target spell and can return to your hand as it resolves if you pay its Buyback cost by discarding two cards. Its deck role is as a reusable counter to protect important plays or repeatedly interact with opponents' spells when you can afford the discard cost.
