Evincar's Justice (TPR 104, Foil) is a black sorcery reprint from Tempest Remastered that carries the Buyback keyword. Its primary effect deals 2 damage to each creature and each player, functioning as a symmetrical mass-damage spell. With buyback you can pay an additional {3} on cast to return it to your hand as it resolves, enabling repeatable board- or face-damage when you can spare the extra mana.
