It lets you search your library for a card and put it into your hand, and it has Sneak {1}{B} as an alternative cost requiring you to return an unblocked attacker during the declare blockers step. The card functions as a tutor with a tradeoff cost that can enable cheaper casting in aggressive or creature-focused decks.
