Raphael, Most Attitude (TMT-199) is a Legendary Creature — Mutant Ninja Turtle from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. It has Menace and an Alliance trigger that lets you exile the top card of your library when another creature enters under your control, and whenever Raphael attacks you may play a card exiled with him until end of turn.
