Raph & Leo, Sibling Rivals (TMT 249, Rare) is a legendary creature of the Mutant Ninja Turtle tribe in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. Whenever they attack during the first combat phase of the turn, you may untap one or two target attacking creatures and then get an additional combat phase after this one. Their three mana cost and aggressive combat-trigger make them useful for decks built around multiple combat phases or enabling extra attack steps.
