Mikey & Don, Party Planners (TMT 246) is a legendary creature card from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set that is a Mutant Ninja Turtle. It grants Ward {2}, lets you look at the top card of your library anytime, and permits playing lands and casting Mutant, Ninja, or Turtle spells from the top of your library with creatures cast that way entering with an additional +1/+1 counter on them. As a two-color (green/blue) four-mana creature with a 3/3 body and a foil variant, it supports top-of-library manipulation and creature-value strategies.
