Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11 (TMT-298 foil) is a legendary Creature — Mutant Ninja Turtle from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. When it enters the battlefield it creates a Mutagen artifact token that can be sacrificed to put a +1/+1 counter on a creature, and a replacement effect causes any +1/+1 counters put on creatures you control to be increased by one. At two mana with 1/1 stats it serves as a low-cost enabler for +1/+1-counter strategies and token-sacrifice synergies.
