Description

Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11 (TMT-214) is a legendary green creature card representing a Mutant Ninja Turtle from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. When he enters the battlefield he creates a Mutagen artifact token that can be sacrificed to put a +1/+1 counter on a creature, and he also replaces any event that would put +1/+1 counters on your creatures by adding one extra counter. In deckbuilding he functions as a low-cost anthem and synergizes with +1/+1 counter strategies and sacrifice or token interactions.
