Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11 (TMT-121) is a legendary green Mutant Ninja Turtle creature from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. When he enters the battlefield he creates a Mutagen artifact token that can be sacrificed to put a +1/+1 counter on a creature, and a replacement effect makes any time you would put +1/+1 counters on a creature you control add one extra counter. The card is a low-cost (two mana) 1/1 that supports counter-based strategies and token interaction by producing incremental growth and enabling counter synergies.
