It has Sneak {2}{G}{G}, letting you cast it under the Sneak condition so it enters tapped and attacking, and it triggers to put a creature card and/or a land from your hand onto the battlefield when it deals combat damage to a player. This card can serve as a tempo play that also accelerates board development by cheating permanents into play after successful combat damage.
