Karai's Technique (collector number 244, Uncommon) is a white-black sorcery from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. It has Sneak, allowing an alternate casting by returning an unblocked attacker during declare blockers, and it offers two modes: give target creature +3/+3 or give target creature -3/-3 until end of turn. The card can be used both offensively to pump your creature or defensively/offensively to remove or weaken an opposing creature.
