Karai's Technique (TMT 152, foil) is a white-black sorcery from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set. It has Sneak—allowing an alternative cast cost if you return an unblocked attacker to hand—and lets you choose one or both: give a creature +3/+3 or give a creature -3/-3 until end of turn. The card supports flexible combat tricks and removal-by-debuff in aristocratic or tempo-style decks that can profit from returning attackers.
