Casey Jones (TMT-87) is a Legendary Creature — Human Berserker from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles expansion. It has haste and an enters-the-battlefield ability that lets you look at the top four cards and reveal an artifact card from among them to put into your hand, putting the rest on the bottom in a random order. It functions as a cheap aggressive threat that also tutors artifacts, making it useful in red aggro builds or artifact-focused strategies.
